Our Moderator

Lia Haberman

Lia Haberman is a digital media marketing expert, strategist, and speaker whose career has spanned stints at entertainment and lifestyle brands such as E! and Yahoo and consultant roles at Riot Games, Dick Clark Productions, and Hourglass Cosmetics.

Lia is currently CMO of Fit Body App, working with fitness influencer turned app entrepreneur Anna Victoria. She also teaches Social Media Marketing and Influencer Marketing at UCLA Extension as part of the Business & Management Digital Marketing program and has taught Social Media Marketing at Emerson College LA.

In addition, she writes a weekly newsletter called ICYMI, which started as a way to help former students keep up with the constant changes to social media platforms and the ways in which people use technology to connect and communicate.

Victoria Mendoza from USC is an award-winning professional with 15 years in digital marketing and communications. Frequently found speaking at conferences and putting on industry events in Los Angeles. Victoria has led the University of Southern California’s social media marketing since 2019 and has almost 20 years of digital marketing and communications experience. She’s passionate about audience-focused storytelling and promoting diversity, inclusion, and equity within content strategy. Victoria has won multiple awards for her social media campaigns from PR News, the Association of Media & Publishing, and more, and is an active board member for multiple nonprofits. She’s a mom of two boys who will eventually be her source of social media trends.
