Title: Social Media Coordinator, Beauty Company

Job Description: Responsible for networking with all market platforms via social media channels as well as influencers.  Will continuously and rapidly participate in the expansion of the company viewership and brand.

●     Assist with executing the social strategy across all Social platforms

●     Track and maintain Social Influencers/partner posts and performance

●     Tracking sales

●     Find and identify potential User Generated Content that can be shared on BH Social platforms

●     Brainstorm topics for the blog

●     Brainstorm ideas for social contests and campaigns

●     Assist with competitor and influencer research for presentations, story boards, ideas, and internal benchmarking

●     Assist in-house photographer with products and props for social media shoots

●     Assist with moderating all BH Social platforms by responding to customer questions, engaging with fans and sharing this information with both the Product Development and Marketing teams

●     Create UTM tracking links for social posts

●     Pull social reports for various platforms

●     Upload video content to our YouTube channel and website

Requirements:

●     Extensive experience with Facebook

●     Experience working in social media and online marketing in the beauty, fashion or media related industry

●     B.A. degree

●     Genuine interest in both the beauty and makeup fields

●     Extensive knowledge of beauty bloggers, Youtubers, Influencers etc.

●     Current with social media news and trends

●     Experienced in the use and navigation of:

o     Instagram

o     Pinterest

o     Facebook

o     Twitter

o     Iconosquare

o     Youtube

o     WordPress

o     Snapchat

●     Demonstrates a highly motivated personality together with a ‘can do’ attitude

●     Requires the ability to work well under pressure together with deadlines, and also in handling last minute assignments and projects

●     Ability to work in a fast paced environment

●     Must be highly organized and detail oriented

●     Additional knowledge and experience highly desirable:
