WORKSHOP Wednesday, August 23 : Growing and Managing your Social Agency Step-by-Step

Whether you are a solo consultant or an agency looking to tune your operations, “repeatable excellence” is something we all seek. In this exclusive, hands-on workshop, we’ll help you:

  • Build your inbound lead flow (no need to cold call again) via the LIGHTHOUSE client method.
  • Tune your offering (establish packages of what you do and DON’T do, with checklists and referral partners).
  • Find, hire, manage, and develop your staff (arguably, the biggest challenge of any business).
  • Price your offerings competitively (which usually means charging way more).
  • Get your own social presence in order– website, FB page, plumbing, ads account, etc– (the cobbler’s son has no shoes).

We have 3 instructors and are limiting the private workshop to only 25 attendees, to make sure we have plenty of time for one-on-one support. This includes creating professional headshots, filming your WHY video, and creating your “topic wheel”.

You’ll not just learn how to streamline your business and solve common client challenges, but have expert assistance from the team, right on the spot. You’ll walk away with our new Agency Management Course, so you can apply these checklists to your business immediately– creating “repeatable excellence”.

Our workshop will be from 9:00AM – 6:00PM, lunch and snacks will be provided.


Dennis Yu

Logan Young is the co-founder of BlitzMetrics, where he runs the company’s training programs, while implementing ad campaigns and optimizing marketing funnels for key accounts. He currently manages a team of 43 individuals.

He is an internationally recognized keynote speaker, having traveled and lectured in 45 cities, 15 countries across 5 continents. He’s spoken in NYC, California, Las Vegas, Arizona, Singapore, Australia, London, Portugal, Amsterdam and Vancouver. He’s also been interviewed on Al Jazeera, Social Media Examiner, USA Today as well as other outlets. His book, The Standards of Excellence, on Facebook benchmarks, is now live.

He’s a graduate from BYU and has served a two-year mission in Idaho for his church. He’s also an Eagle Scout, avid water sports enthusiast, and caretaker of his lab mix, Sydney.


Logan Young

Logan Young is the Vice President of Strategy at BlitzMetrics. He implements ad campaigns and helps structure companies marketing funnels. All while working internally with the BlitzMetrics team to instill culture and help team members meet their goals.

He’s traveled to over 45 cities across 5 continents for speaking and client meetings. He’s spoken in NYC, California, Las Vegas, Arizona, Singapore, Australia, London, Portugal, Amsterdam and Vancouver and also been interviewed on multiple international podcasts.

Logan studied Advertising at BYU and served a two-year mission in Idaho for his church and is an Eagle Scout.

In his spare time he likes exploring with his dog and enjoying home life.
